At SnoozeWell, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests for returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Since SnoozeWell is based in Germany, returns will primarily be handled via email.
To initiate a return:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

2.4 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@snoozewell.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
